There are a lot of layers to this diminutive seeker, and unless you ask, she will never tell. A jill of all trades, Pheli loves to learn new tasks, both legitimate and of a dubious nature. She gives off a warm smile more often than not, to match with her fire-aspected aether.Appearance wise, the only things that are noticeable about her besides her height are her large ears, easily twice the size of a male Keepers. She has small fangs, and her tail is much longer than normal, about four fulms. She sports coeurl spots tattooed on both arms, a purple hyacinth on her right shoulder and a set of wings wrapped in broken chains on her back. Her hair is usually kept short or swept back in a braid or ponytail if she grows it long.Many scars wrap her body, and recently some burns along the left side of her face, shoulder and arm. Despite these injuries, Pheli prevails, fighting with her agility, her body and whatever weapons she has on hand. Stubborn to a fault, Pheli has told others she will die on her own terms, and 'spectacularly'.Pheli is known in various fighting circuits, such as the Grindstone, where she has been both participant and healer, and the since-disbanded Mujihiji, where she is the current Shin-Yokozuna. She is fluent in Old Auri, decent in Doman/Hingan. She's known to visit the Steppes and is oft-times referred to as "The Coeurl Mother" by the Xaela.The Seeker can be often seen in Pearl Lane (she is known by a fair few as the 'Mom of Pearl Lane'), keeping an eye on things, and around Limsa Lominsa. ☼ ◙ ♦ Inannu Annu - Though they do not always see eye-to-eye in a figurative sense, Annu is one of Pheli's closest friends, someone Pheli would risk her life to save. Regardless, their bond is closer now since Annu's son Asher seems to be smitten with Pheli's young daughter Sahar.

♥ ☼ ◙ Vali Golmarr - Pheli's husband and confidant, Vali is a quiet, rarely-seen fixture in Pheli's life, but he is always present when she needs him. Bonded in secret, the two keep a peaceful coexistence as much as they can.

☼ ♦ Renata Turner - A close friend, Renata comes off a icy and standoffish, but has been known to soften and crack a smile in Pheli's presence, especially when her children are present. Renata makes sure Pheli's family stay reasonably in line, and fusses whenever Pheli sustains an injury (which is fairly often).

☼ ♦ Arismont Monranguin - A dear friend, Arismont helped the seeker when she left Tray and Hizu. Aristocratic and level-headed, he and his brother have taken Pheli under their wing. He has no issue with giving Pheli advice when she asks, and will often indulge her in a spar as well.

♫ ☼ ♦ Arayan Delaura - Dancer and Singer at the Gold Saucer, Pheli had always been a big fan of theirs. When they finally met, they found comfort in each other's company, sharing many similar traits. Following the incident of her formar mate's death, Arayan was there to comfort her and their bond grew stronger.

◙ ▼S'honji of the Silver Tongue - Having known Pheli since their days as children in Limsa Lominsa, S'honji has been a thorn in Pheli's side almost all her life. Cocky, scheming, and always looking for a loophole to exploit, Pheli keeps him at a far distance, though his knowledge of practically everyone in Ul'dah has helped her in the past. Still, it's sort of a love/hate relationship with him, and honestly, Pheli would not care if he ended up buried six feet and out of her hair.

▼ ♦ Kuro Zakuro - A rival pirate from Pheli's past, Kuro and Pheli often butt heads and had spats in various meetings. But recently, a heist brought these two together accidentially and an odd friendship budded. They still dislike each other, but are also friendly. Sometimes.
